Overview

Automobile Dealership means a business that operates a dealership or dealerships for the retail sales of new and/or used automobiles or trucks, as well as businesses ancillary to the operation of such dealerships owned or operated by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, such as service and parts operations, body shops, the sale of finance, extended warranty, and insurance products (including after-market items), the financing of the purchase of new and/or used vehicles, and the purchase, sale and servicing of finance contracts for new and/or used vehicles.
